Ingredients
- 4 chicken steaks (from Market Day)
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. mustard (prepared)
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Method
- Cut chicken steaks into 3/4-inch strips (easiest to do when partially thawed).
- Mix honey and mustard in shallow bowl.
- Coat chicken with honey/mustard mix and then roll in bread crumbs.
