Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. butter mints
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. mint flavoring
- 2 cartons whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- milk
Method
- Cook beaten eggs with approximately 1 1/2 cups milk and butter mints.
- Cool and combine with other ingredients.
- Pour into ice cream freezer container.
- Finish filling with milk.
- Process.
