Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 lb. butter
- 1 egg
- 4 1/2 c. sifted flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Have butter and egg at room temperature.
- Cream butter and sugar.
- Add egg and beat well.
- Add flour, one cup at a time. Drop by spoonful on greased cookie sheet.
- Press flat.
