Ingredients
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. buttermilk
Method
- Grate butter/margarine into flour and mix well - I like to use my hands.
- Add buttermilk mix with spoon.
- Roll out on flour wax paper.
- Cut with biscuit cutter or a glass.
- Put on pan.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
- Makes 1 dozen.
