Ingredients
- 1 roast
- 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
- 1 can cream soup (mushroom, chicken or celery, whatever you like)
Method
- Place roast (an inexpensive cut works great) in heavy-duty aluminum foil.
- Sprinkle the soup mix on top.
- Top that with the can of cream soup.
- Completely wrap in the foil.
- Cook in a 300° oven for 6 to 8 hours, depending on the size of the roast.
- The meat is unbelievably tender and it makes its own gravy!
