Ingredients
- 1 frying chicken, quartered
- 2 large sweet potatoes, halved lengthwise
- 1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
- some salt
- some pepper
- 4 slices pineapple
Method
- Place each quarter chicken and half sweet potato in center of square of heavy-duty foil.
- Spread softened butter over each serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with pineapple slice. Fold torn edges of foil together in tight double fold on top of food.
- Fold ends up, using tight double fold.
- Place on baking sheet.
- Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 425°.
- Serve in opened packages. Serves 4.
