Ingredients

  • 1 frying chicken, quartered
  • 2 large sweet potatoes, halved lengthwise
  • 1/2 c. softened butter or margarine
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 4 slices pineapple

Method

  • Place each quarter chicken and half sweet potato in center of square of heavy-duty foil.
  • Spread softened butter over each serving. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with pineapple slice. Fold torn edges of foil together in tight double fold on top of food.
  • Fold ends up, using tight double fold.
  • Place on baking sheet.
  • Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 425°.
  • Serve in opened packages. Serves 4.
