Ingredients
- 1 box 40% Bran Flakes
- 5 c. flour
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 c. oil
- 1 qt. buttermilk
- 5 tsp. soda
- 2 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs, beaten
Method
- Mix all dry ingredients; mix all liquid ingredients.
- Put liquid mixture into dry ingredients.
- Refrigerate in tight container.
- Keeps a month.
- Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.
- Bake as needed.
- Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
