Ingredients
- Brussels sprouts
- Olive or avocado oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Cut or peel the outer leaves from the sprouts (save the centers for another recipe), drizzle with a little olive or avocado oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and toss to coat. Put them on a baking sheet and pop them into an oven set to 375F (190C) for 8 to 10 minutes, until edges are brown and crispy.
