Ingredients
- 1 cup rice
- 9 pieces brussel sprouts
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 3 tablespoons shredded
- 1/2 pieces lemon
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
Method
- Use the rice cooker for the rice it takes normally 20 mn.
- Dip the brussel sprouts in lemon ans mustard seeds.meanwhile prepare the creamy sauce.
- In a pan wait for the butter to melt then add the flour and stir until it becomes golden then add milk and the shredded cheese.
- Fry the brussel sprouts with olive oil then add garlic as soon as the garlic start becoming golden remove the brussel sprouts quickly because the pan keeps the heat and the when the garlic becomes brown ,it changes the taste of the ingredient.
