Ingredients
- 1 None ciabatta loaf, cut into thin slices
- 8 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 None tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 None small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
Method
- Mix the olive oil with the garlic and brush on to ciabatta slices. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes until golden and just crisp.
- Mix together tomatoes, red onion, and basil. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Serve ciabatta slices warm, topped with tomato relish.
