Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
  • 1 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
  • 1 c. minus 1 Tbsp. flour

Method

  • Cream butter, eggs and sugar thoroughly.
  • Add nuts and then flour.
  • Shape small balls of dough (1/2 teaspoon size) on well-greased cookie sheet.
  • Leave plenty of room as they spread while baking.
  • Bake at 400° for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Let cool slightly.
  • Shape over rolling pin for curved shape.
  • Looks like a Pringle chip.
  • Has lacy appearance and crisp.
  • Yields 6 dozen.
