Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 c. chopped nuts (I use pecans)
- 1 c. minus 1 Tbsp. flour
Method
- Cream butter, eggs and sugar thoroughly.
- Add nuts and then flour.
- Shape small balls of dough (1/2 teaspoon size) on well-greased cookie sheet.
- Leave plenty of room as they spread while baking.
- Bake at 400° for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Let cool slightly.
- Shape over rolling pin for curved shape.
- Looks like a Pringle chip.
- Has lacy appearance and crisp.
- Yields 6 dozen.
