Ingredients

  • 1 Turkey Neck Bone
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Family Sized)
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Family Sized)
  • 4 Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)

Method

  • Boil Turkey Neck Bone until well done
  • Remove Neck Bone from water and remove 2 cups of broth made from boiling and put in separate pan. Discard rest of broth
  • Pull off as much meat as possible from Neck Bone and put into 2 cups of broth
  • Add both soups to broth
  • Add chopped hard boiled egg
  • Mix all together and simmer on low until thick and serve
