Ingredients
- 1 Turkey Neck Bone
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Family Sized)
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (Family Sized)
- 4 Hard Boiled Eggs (Chopped)
Method
- Boil Turkey Neck Bone until well done
- Remove Neck Bone from water and remove 2 cups of broth made from boiling and put in separate pan. Discard rest of broth
- Pull off as much meat as possible from Neck Bone and put into 2 cups of broth
- Add both soups to broth
- Add chopped hard boiled egg
- Mix all together and simmer on low until thick and serve
