Ingredients
- 1 or 2 fillets (per serving)
- minced fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter (per fillet; less may be used)
- lemon juice to taste
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place fillets in broiler pan.
- Spoon garlic over fillets. Drizzle melted butter, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Broil until lightly brown being careful not to overcook.
- Fish should flake with fork.
