Ingredients
- 2 (1-inch) fish steaks
- 1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of black pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Combine all ingredients except fish.
- Add fish and marinate 3 hours or more.
- Turn occasionally.
- Broil 3 inches from heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
