Ingredients
- 28 oz. whole broccoli or 16 oz. flowerettes
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon balsalmic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon grainy mustard
Method
- 1. Cut off flowerettes and steam them for 5-7 minutes until tender but firm.
- 2. Meanwhile, in serving dish, whisk remaining ingredients for dressing. When broccoli is cooked, drain and stir into dish, coating thoroughly.
