Ingredients

  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • salt
  • 2 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. water

Method

  • Cut broccoli tops into florets; peel stems and cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices.
  • In 12-inch skillet, heat oil on medium-high until hot.
  • Add broccoli; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt and cook 1 minute or until well coated and bright green, stirring constantly.
  • Add garlic and cook 1 minute longer, stirring.
  • Add water; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until broccoli is tender-crisp and water evaporates, stirring occasionally.
