Ingredients
- 8 ounce Mori-Nu lowfat tofu
- 1 Tbsp. White or possibly brown rice miso
- 3 Tbsp. Tahini
- 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 c. Broccoli sprouts
- 10 slc Toasted whole grain bread
Method
- In a small bowl, mash the tofu, miso, tahini and lemon juice together with a fork till thoroughly mixed.
- Lightly chop sprouts, then fold into tofu mix.
- Spread thickly on toast.
- Top with extra broccoli sprouts.
- Keep refrigerated in a covered jar.
