Ingredients
- 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, frozen
- 2 medium chopped onions
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 2 eggs
- bread crumbs
Method
- Cook broccoli and onion in small amount of boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
- Drain very well.
- Add soup, mayonnaise and cheese and mix very well.
- Stir in well beaten eggs.
- Pour into oiled casserole dish, sprinkle top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
