Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. chopped broccoli, frozen
  • 2 medium chopped onions
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • bread crumbs

Method

  • Cook broccoli and onion in small amount of boiling salted water for 5 minutes.
  • Drain very well.
  • Add soup, mayonnaise and cheese and mix very well.
  • Stir in well beaten eggs.
  • Pour into oiled casserole dish, sprinkle top with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
  • Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, uncovered.
