Ingredients
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 diced banana
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
- 1 can Bing cherries
- 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
- red food coloring
Method
- Combine sour cream, sugar, salt, pineapple and enough food coloring to give a pretty pink color.
- Lightly fold in nuts, cherries and banana.
- Place cupcake papers in cup cake tins.
- When making cupcakes, save the pink cups for this salad.
- Spoon salad into cups and freeze.
