Ingredients
- 1 large bunch broccoli
- 3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
- 3/4 c. chopped stuffed salad olives
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onions
- season to taste
Method
- Steam broccoli or prepare in microwave.
- Let cool.
- Cut in 1-inch pieces and mix with other ingredients.
- Cover tightly and refrigerate.
- This will keep 3 to 4 days.
- Serves 8 to 10.
