Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. corkscrew macaroni (rotini)
- 1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 jars garden style spaghetti sauce
Method
- Cook macaroni according to directions.
- Brown hamburger until pink color is gone.
- Drain macaroni and put in large casserole. Add hamburger and spaghetti sauce.
- Add cheese cut in small chunks, mix well.
- Microwave for 15 minutes or in oven 20 minutes. Peppers and onions may be added to the hamburger if desired. Serves 8.
