- 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 pkg. frozen Fordhook lima beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can water chestnuts, sliced
- 3 c. Rice Krispies, lightly browned in butter
- 1 stick butter
Method
- Cook vegetables until barely tender.
- Blend mushroom soup, sour cream and onion mix.
- Stir into cooked vegetables.
- Add water chestnuts.
- Spoon into a buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
- Top with Rice Krispies that have been browned lightly in butter.
- Cover loosely with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
