- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. jar processed cheese spread
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 1 c. diced, cooked ham
Method
- Saute margarine and onion in microwave.
- Combine soup, cheese and milk in pan over low heat.
- Add margarine and onion.
- Heat until mixed well.
- Add rest of ingredients and stir well.
- Put in a 2-quart baking dish.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.
