- 1/2 lb. chicken breasts, sliced finely
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 inch cube ginger chopped
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 small head broccoli chopped
- 1 carrot sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp cornstarch mixed with a little water
Method
- 1. Mix together the ginger, garlic and soy sauce. Add the chicken and marinade for 1 hour.
- 2. Heat the wok and add a little oil. Add the chicken and stir fry over a low heat for 5 minutes.
- 3. Add the remaining vegetables and stir fry for a further 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the remaining sauce ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes. If necessary, add a little of the cornstarch mixture to thicken the sauce.
