- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 12 cups sifted flour
- 1 12 teaspoons baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 12 cup toffee pieces
- 12 cup peanut butter chips
Method
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cream the first six ingredients.
- Sift and add flour, salt, and baking soda to creamed ingredients.
- Mix well.
- Stir in pecans, chips, and toffee.
- Drop teaspoon sized balls onto cookie sheet and press down.
- Bake 12-13 minutes.
