Ingredients

  • 2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
  • 16 ounces low fat cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease a square or oval casserole dish; set aside.
  • Place the thawed broccoli in a large bowl.
  • Add all remaining ingredients and stir well.
  • Pour into the prepared casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
