Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
  • dash or two pepper
  • 1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • In large bowl, beat eggs slightly; beat in both cheeses, flour, salt and pepper.
  • Drain broccoli well, patting dry with paper towels.
  • Stir into egg mixture.
  • Pour into greased
  • 9 x 9-inch baking dish, spreading evenly with spoon. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until mixture is firm and pulls away from sides of pan.
  • Loosen edges with spatula, slice and serve.
