Ingredients
- 10 to 12 medium sized red potatoes, boiled in jackets
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 medium jar pimentos
- 1 box seasoned croutons
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 sticks margarine, melted
Method
- After boiling potatoes, cut into cubes.
- Do not peel.
- Place cubed potatoes in a large greased casserole dish.
- Sprinkle cubed cheese over potatoes.
- Follow with onion, pimentos, parsley flakes, paprika and garlic salt.
- Place croutons on top of casserole.
- Melt margarine and pour over top.
- Bake 30 to 45 minutes in a 350° oven. Makes 10 to 12 large servings.
