Ingredients

  • 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted

Method

  • Cook broccoli according to directions.
  • Drain well.
  • Combine soups and onion in 2-quart casserole or 10-inch square casserole. Add cooked broccoli to the soup mixture and mix well.
  • Melt butter or margarine and mix well with stuffing mix.
  • Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over top of broccoli mixture.
  • Bake at 375° for 45 minutes (30 minutes covered, last 15 minutes, uncovered).
  • Serves 8.
