Ingredients
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. instant minced onion
- 1/2 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Method
- Cook broccoli according to directions.
- Drain well.
- Combine soups and onion in 2-quart casserole or 10-inch square casserole. Add cooked broccoli to the soup mixture and mix well.
- Melt butter or margarine and mix well with stuffing mix.
- Sprinkle stuffing mix evenly over top of broccoli mixture.
- Bake at 375° for 45 minutes (30 minutes covered, last 15 minutes, uncovered).
- Serves 8.
