Ingredients
- 1 pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 4 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c. cooked long grain rice
- 1 c. grated cheese
Method
- Saute together onion, celery and oleo; drain off oleo.
- Heat and mix together chicken and mushroom soup; add cheese to hot soup and let melt.
- Combine all ingredients, adding broccoli last. Bake at 350° in 8 x 8-inch baking dish for 30 minutes.
