Ingredients
- 1 1/2 stacks Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 lb. oleo
- 1/4 lb. American cheese
- 2 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- milk
Method
- Melt oleo and crackers together.
- In greased casserole, layer crackers on bottom, then broccoli, cheese and crackers; repeat. Have crumbs on top.
- Pour soup, thinned with a little milk, over all.
- Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 360°.
