Ingredients
- 9 baked potatoes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup bacon
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese (maybe a little more)
- 1 egg yolk
Method
- Bake all the potatoes
- Hold the potatoes with a towel and cut a round hole on the top enough to pull out a decent piece to then re-attach later
- Clean all the potatoes of there insides in a bowl this will become he "mash potato part "
- Put salt and pepper on the inside of all the potatoes
- Then use all the tops of the potatoes and flip them to the skin part is facing the inside of the potato
- Put the butter, the sour cream, salt & pepper, bacon, onions, cheese, egg yolk mash together well
- Afterwards scoop the mashed potatoes into the baked potatoes hollow center
- Fill to top, put cheese and cover once more with mashed potatoes on top and than put bacon pieces on top of the mashed potatoes before putting in oven
- Bake at 400F for 25 min
