- marshmallows
- yellow cake mix
- cherry pie filling
- Cool Whip
Method
- Grease cake pan or large skillet.
- Put marshmallows on bottom of pan.
- Mix cake mix according to package directions and pour over marshmallows.
- Spoon pie filling over cake mix.
- Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes or until marshmallows come to top and toast to light brown.
- Or cover and cook over campfire until marshmallows come to top about 30 to 35 minutes.
- Put Cool Whip on top of each hot serving.
