Ingredients
- 1 can pie cherries
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. almond extract
Method
- Mix sugar and flour together; add to cherries.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened.
- Take off heat and add 1 tablespoon butter and 1/4 teaspoon almond extract.
- Let cool.
- Fill medium sized tart shells and top with whipped cream.
