Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 8 oz. melted Velveeta cheese
- 1 box frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
- 1 c. cooked rice
Method
- Melt margarine; add onion and cook until clear.
- Add soup, cheese, broccoli and rice.
- Mix thoroughly; heat through.
- Pour into casserole and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350°, uncovered.
