Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen, chopped broccoli
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/4 lb. Ritz crackers
Method
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain.
- Add 1/2 stick margarine and cubed Velveeta cheese.
- Stir until thoroughly mixed.
- Pour into buttered casserole.
- Crush Ritz crackers and add remaining 1/2 stick margarine, melted.
- Sprinkle over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes or until browned. Serve hot.
- Yields 8 servings.
