Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed in small pieces
- 1 stick butter (1/2 for casserole and 1/2 for topping)
- 2 boxes (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
- 4 oz. Ritz crackers
Method
- Cook broccoli according to directions on boxes; drain off water and put broccoli in a casserole dish. Add butter (1/2 of the stick), cut in pieces and the cubed cheese. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.
