Ingredients
- 1 bag cornbread stuffing (Pepperidge Farm)
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 small onion, chopped finely
- 1 egg
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 block Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, except butter and stuffing.
- Put butter in baking dish.
- Put 1/2 of stuffing in bottom of baking dish and pat.
- Spread broccoli mixture over crumbs.
- Add remaining crumbs to the top.
- Bake at 350° until brown, about 35 minutes.
