Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. dark corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c. broken pecans
Method
- Cream butter, sugar, then add eggs (well beaten), flour, salt, vanilla, syrup and pecan pieces.
- Mix well.
- Turn into pie shell and bake at 450° for 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° for 20 minutes.
