- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 c. crushed cheese crackers
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 cup crackers.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan.
- Top with rest of cheese and crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
