Ingredients
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. cooking rice
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) jar Cheddar cheese spread
Method
- Combine water and butter; bring to boil.
- Add broccoli and simmer 5 minutes.
- Add uncooked rice; cover pan and set aside 5 minutes.
- Stir in undiluted soup and cheese.
- Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.
