Ingredients
- 40 saltines
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Place layer of crackers on an 11 x 16 x 1-inch foil-lined pan. Boil butter and sugar for 3 minutes; pour over crackers.
- Bake at 350° for 5 minutes or until crackers float.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips over saltines.
- When melted, spread.
- Top with nuts.
- Cut in cracker-size bars.
- Makes 48 bars.
