Ingredients
- 1 brisket
- 1 large onion
- seasoned salt
- soy sauce
- garlic powder
- pepper

Method
- Rub on seasonings.
- Cook
- at 450° until brown (about 1 hour). Add

- Cook 30 minutes per pound at 325° or until tender.
