Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage, drained, crumbled and browned
- 7 slices toast, cubed
- 2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Lay sausage in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover sausage with cubed toast.
- Cover with cheese.
- Beat eggs and milk together and pour over sausage, toast and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, until brown.
- Will puff up and pull away from sides when done.
