Ingredients
- 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
- 1 lb. "light" sausage
- 2 c. hash browns, thawed
- 1 to 2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 3 Tbsp. milk
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Spray the 16-inch pizza pan with Pam before placing the crescent rolls on as the crust, remembering to make a ridge all around the edge of the pan.
- If using a smaller pizza pan, 1 can of crescent rolls may be enough to form the crust.
- Brown sausage and drain on paper towels.
- Layer sausage, hash browns and Cheddar cheese.
- Mix beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the rest and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
