Ingredients

  • 2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 1 lb. "light" sausage
  • 2 c. hash browns, thawed
  • 1 to 2 c. grated mild Cheddar cheese
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 3 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Spray the 16-inch pizza pan with Pam before placing the crescent rolls on as the crust, remembering to make a ridge all around the edge of the pan.
  • If using a smaller pizza pan, 1 can of crescent rolls may be enough to form the crust.
  • Brown sausage and drain on paper towels.
  • Layer sausage, hash browns and Cheddar cheese.
  • Mix beaten eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
  • Pour over the rest and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
