Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent rolls
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 small pkg. frozen hash browns, shredded
  • 1 small green pepper, diced
  • 3 green onions, diced
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Grease a cookie sheet.
  • Press out crescent rolls onto cookie sheet.
  • Beat the eggs with the milk.
  • Place the sausage on top of the crescent rolls.
  • Slowly pour egg mixture over the sausage. Top with frozen shredded hash browns, cheese, green pepper, onion and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
