Ingredients
- 1 pkg Shredded potatoes
- 1 lb Sausage, browned and drained or use already cooked sausage
- 6 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 2-3 pkg cheese (mozzarella, Mexican, & sharp)
Method
- Preheat oven to 400. Spray bottom of 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Spread potatoes over bottom of pan and mash down. Bake for 20 minutes. Spread sausage over top of potatoes. Beat eggs and milk together, then pour into dish. Top with cheese and bake at 325 for 30 minutes or until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Serve warm
