Ingredients
- 1 lb. Bryan pampered sausage
- 6 slices sandwich bread
- 6 eggs
- 6 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Cook sausage.
- Drain.
- Cut the crust off bread and place in buttered casserole dish.
- Crumble cooked sausage over bread slices.
- Sprinkle grated cheese over sausage.
- Beat eggs and pour in milk.
- Add salt.
- Pour over bread, sausage and cheese.
- Cover with Reynolds Wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Take out next morning, remove wrap and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
