Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage (turkey or lite)
- 6 slices bread, cubed
- 1/4 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Brown and drain sausage.
- Add bread, cheese, mustard and salt. Combine beaten eggs and milk; add to meat mixture.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and refrigerate overnight.
- Cover with foil and bake at 325° for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for 15 minutes.
