Ingredients
- 1 lb. hot pork sausage
- 3 slices white bread, cubed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Brown sausage in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Layer bread, sausage and cheese in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
- Beat eggs with milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper in bowl.
- Pour over layers.
- Chill, covered, overnight.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
